The article is devoted to the analysis of risking aspects of social behavior of population at three hierarchical levels. It is shown that societal level is presented by characteristics of threats and dangers for society, evaluation of their influence on general level of security. Social-group level reflects the situation with spread and reproduction of social deviations and determination of risking behavior of different social-demographic and cultural groups of population. Individual level fixes differences in behavior strategies of population. Results of selective survey of Altai population are presented.
