The Intermediate at Realization of Justice on Criminal Cases

The present article deals with the differentiation of court decisions. The authors prove the necessity to unify final procedural decisions. It is proposed to abandon using the concept "intermediate" decision in criminal procedure law. Definitions of procedure decisions are formulated.
