Harmonization of Culture and Universal Values in Design Activity

In this article, culture is examined as a means for art self-actualization of every member of society, for conscious activity under self-perfection and regulation of human environment. Hence, the main idea of this work is to reveal the potential of culture, its inner resources, opportunity to make more active and develop every person and society.

Key words: globalization, culture, individual, harmonization, human wealth.
