Analysis of relation to health and peculiarities of risking behavior of population is presented in the article basing on materials of researches on social-economic characteristics and risking behavior of population of the Altai region in conditions of high risk for HIV-infecting. A special attention was given to the influence situate and external factors (sexual behavior, knowledge and relation to HIV, STDs and drugs, behavior in relation to drugs, social-economic behavior) on relation to own health and risk of HIV-infecting. As a result a scales and specifics of risking behavior, connected with possible HIV-infecting were revealed with taking into consideration social-demographic characteristics of population.
