This paper discusses, in the frame of the game theory approach, main methodological problems of the concordance of criteria for evaluating final results and optimally sharing total gain among members of an integrative corporate system. Using model examples, the authors comparatively analyze income distribution obtained from optimality principles of the theory of cooperative games.
