Economic transformations carried out in Russia, social processes and constant migratory exchange between Russia and former republics USSR have generated steady interest to history of the Russian emigration. The Russian emigration has played a significant role as for culture, art, a science of foreign countries, and has generated the wide market of manpower and has taken part in economic development of some regions. Last decade scientific research of various problems of history of the Russian abroad in our country has made appreciable steps forward.
