The semiologic epilogue to the linguistic turn

The article is devoted to the evolution problem in two aspects. At first it is the problem of language development as a semiotic system. Secondly it is the problem of progress of linguistic knowledge, being accompanied by changing of terminological system and methodic base or by changing of metasemiologic basis of linguistic. The motion of language system and system of its presentation are determined by principe "culture".
