Categorial essence of the professional liability

The author#s analysis of the #professional liability# concept allowed to differentiate between its four basic principles:

1) the fulfillment of such activity by the specialists exactly (professionals and experts) i.e. by persons who have the high degree of qualification;

2) non fulfillment or unproper fulfillment of professional activity by them is shown in the uncorrespondence of its results to the purposes;

3) the result of professional activity has by all means the public (external) meaning (value);

4) the availability of the additional measures and sanctions (organization of protection against professional mistakes and other risks) in case of professional liability rise which are directed upon the compensation of the lost values (appeared losses, lost profits) if the principle 2 will be taken into account.
