The article is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities of preliminary hearing in the court of jury. These peculiarities are conditioned by the specific features of the trial with the participation of the jury as well as the specific features of the preliminary hearing as a complicated form of preparing to the court session. That is why for the characteristics of peculiarities of preliminary hearing in the court of jury it is necessary to do the complex analysis of parts 33-36 and article 325 of the Criminal Executive Code of the Russian Federation.
