Youth Employment on the Regional Labor Market
The article analyzes employment of vocational educational institutions graduates. Currently, in connection with a rapidly changing situation on the labor market threat of unemployment for graduates is becoming topical. The study is made of the main factors that create the imbalance of demand and supply of labor on the regional market. Labor market is known to be affected by demographic processes and the changes occurring in vocational education. Transformation of the structure of vocational education, both in quantitative and qualitative terms, increases the imbalance on the labor market and increases structural unemployment. This situation results from the fact that education is focused not on market needs, but on the parental concern to educate their children. Qualified youth is a personnel potential, the basis of effective social and economic development of the country, so the problem of employment is an actual and long-term task of the state.
