The Criminological Classification of Murders in the System of Methods and the Trial of Criminal Cases of the Murder
To increase the efficiency of disclosure and investigation of murders, special emphasis is placed on classification of murders by various grounds, and also on classification of techniques of their investigation. In attempt to consider some questions of classification of these crimes and techniques of their investigation on various grounds the article deals with criminal legal, criminal procedural, criminological and criminalist bases of classification of murders and techniques of their investigation, and also their practical value for disclosure, and also preliminary and judicial examination on cases of murders. The special attention is paid to classification of murders depending on a way of their committing, and also conformity of developing investigative situations on the case. It is stated that the investigative situation contains certain basic information which defines a technique for a legal investigation and, as practice shows, is productive. The author comes to the conclusion that within the given classification of murders, it is necessary to allocate the corresponding private techniques of their preliminary and judicial examination.
