The Development of Ni-resistance Sources of Spring Wheat by Cell Selection in vitro

Inter- and intraspecies polymorphism on regeneration ability among bread and durum wheat varieties tested to Ni-loads in the selection medium in vitro was established. Non-linear relationship between the frequency of regeneration and the Ni-concentration was stated.
