Actual Models to Describe the Melting Temperature of Nanomaterials

The article shows the basic model for describing the melting temperature of nanomaterials based on different conceptions of the nanoparticles melting mechanism and structure of matter. General deficiencies of these models are shown. Methods of computer experiment were applied to study the effect of the matrix nature and nanoparticles’ form on the melting temperature.
