Theoretical Problems of Modeling Decision-making Multi-agent Systems in State Administration

The article investigates the conditions of multi-agent simulation systems for decision-making in state and municipal administration. It is proposed and considered to apply a number of ways to reduce the negative displays of aggregative factor in the transmission of information to the higher level of decision-making in state administration.
