Migration Processes: Threat or Condition for Demographic Security of the Altai Territory? (Expert Evaluation of Risk of Demographic Crisis)

The article is devoted to the analysis of interaction between migration processes and demographic security of region. The result of analysis of expert evaluations conducted in 2013 and pertinent to the extent of probability of symptoms of demographical crisis in the Altai Territory is presented. special attention is paid to its peculiarities and factors of emergence including migration processes.
