The model of the multi-agent system is discussed taking into account a possible asymmetric distribution of transportation costs and product distribution among the agents. As a result, the analytical solution in its general form was obtained for a consumer and n manufacturers. The model shows the influence of the forms of agents’ spatial distribution and the degree of the asymmetry of transportation costs among them on the differentiation of equilibrium prices and the results of their functioning in different behaviors of the market participants.
