The Role of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in Improvement and Interpretation of Criminal Law
The study substantiates decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation about non-usage of legal acts regarding Russian citizens until international agreement (or its part) affecting rights, freedoms and duties of man and citizen and establishing the rules differ from the law if such agreement is not officially published and come into force. It was concluded that there is inefficiently quick response and even elimination of applicable law positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation by the law. Certain ways to improve the criminal law#s content and to interpret its norms are suggested.
