To a Question on Corruption in Public Service

In the article basic directions of anticorruption policy conducted by Russian state power are examined on the modern stage, in the light of the accepted National plan of counteraction to the corruption. The authors select the basic instruments of realization of anticorruption policy, and also analyze their efficiency with respect to public authorities.
