On the Characterization of the Sociological Meaning of the Concept #Implementation of the Right to Education#

Realization of the right to education is considered as the social process including four structural elements: execution, observance, use, application. Elements of realization of the right to education correspond with indicators of activity of legal subjects on education. The object and a subject of applied sociological research of realization of the right to education are defined.
