To the Problem of Quality Dimension of Law-Making Activity Annotation

The article deals with the stages of quality dimension of normative and legal acts (NLA), procedures of expertise of NLA quality assessment, algorithms of stages formalization of law-making activity. As a mathematical instrument for the NLA quality assessment it was suggested an approach using the theory of fuzzy set (ТFS) and generalized method of the centre of uncertainty (GMCU).
