Traditions of Constantinople and the Formation Process of Political Culture in Ancient Russia

Regarding the political culture as a process provides with the opportunity to study the cultural genesis from the point of civilization interrelation that is acute for Russia. Developing with the political system the national political culture started its formation in the times of pre-Mongolian Russia. Taking the oriental Christianity was the fundamental external factor of its establishment. Constantinople took a great part in this process. Interrelation with Constantinople Empire touched upon such points as the transforming of religious and political experience. The basic influence of the empire political conception on the formation of political culture in Ancient Russia was introduced by two main ideas: the God nature of power and social obedience. The traditions of Constantinople Empire, penetrating the ancient Russian social life, had a great influence on the strengthening of national political culture.
