Analysis of Electoral Technologies Influences Efficiency (with the Election Campaign of One of the Candidates for Institutions of Local Governing in Novokuznetsk, Taken as an Example)
The material is dedicated to description of essence and influence mechanism of two electoral technologies, as well as to analysis of their usage results. Team of one of the candidates for Novokuznetsk city soviet deputy in 2006 has developed and released two electoral technologies, oriented to so-called #obedient# voters category, that do their choice in a shallow way, without deep learning of electoral information, and indecisive voters without any settled opinion, driven by social pressure and encouragement and inclined to spontaneous choice. Used technologies concerned spreading a rumor on purpose near voting districts, presented as a casual dialogue at day of the voting, as well as sticking short slogans, that inclined to concrete actions concerning candidate not very long before the voting day.
