Museum Work in the North and East Kazakhstan in the End of the 19th - the First Half of the 20th Century

The article considers the questions on history of formation and development of museum work in North and East regions of Kazakhstan. Premises and conditions of six historical museums in examined region in the end of the 19th and in the first half of the 20th century are investigated. The article shows the role of creation of Russian Geographical society#s subsections and Societies on investigating Kazakhstan in the development of museum movement in examined region.
