The history of madness during a postnonclassical epoch means consideration of a mental pathology as various forms of "a cultural pathology". The thesis about cultural specific factors influencing formation characteristic for the given historical epoch of mental frustration is proved. Clinical psychological, historical and cultural to a mental pathology shows unsteadiness of borders of "mental norm" - to "a mental pathology". It is investigated the clinical psychological picture social phobia as one of the most widespread diseases of century. It is the work of construction the semantic space of an algorithms emotionally and cognitive reactions to social situations at a social phobia.
