About appreciation criteria of depressive regions of Russia

This article contains detailed characteristics of depressive regions in Russia; the author gives different meanings of this notion. It is said also that there is no possibility to get out of crises without outside help. In the article you can find analyses of depressiveness degree according to 3 main indexes: dynamic of productivity, living standard and level of unemployment.
