The matter of the study is political culture as dynamic system. The author analyzes transformation of political culture as a complicated conception, which included changes of different directions. This conception means an evolutionary change political culture as a system. Transformations consist of complex of process: modernization and traditionalization. Particular emphasis has been given of the mechanism transformation of political culture and correlation of institutional and cultural transformation.
