An influence on anodic dissolution velocity was investigated by means of potential dynamic and current static polarization of indium arsenide (111) B in ethylene glycol electrolytes under constant magnetic field and ultrasound. The constant magnetic field activates the anodic dissolution on 5-8% diffusion-limited stages are accelerating of the interface dissolution reaction of semiconductor. It was demonstrated that the ultrasound is more perspective method of activation for anodic stripping without heating. But that electrochemical and ultrasound treatment must be separated in time.
