Natural and antropogeneous aspects of formation of ecological situations in "hydraulic" conditions

The analysis of counteracted tendencies in "hydraulic" ecological systems of the ramified wandering rivers on an example of ancient civilization of Northern Africa, Mesopotamia, India and China, and also ancient and modern of province of Amu Darya, Syr Darya and Aral Sea is given.
