Juridical and laws differ by notions of legacy (outward consistence wit laws of action) and morality (conforming to law in vitue of duty motive) in Kant' s philosophy. Outward juridical legislation can regulate only outward behavior of people and it doesn't affect a sphere of person's thoughts. Jurisprudence and Ethics, having a clear practice intellect, categorical imperative and concept of freedom as a basis, are differ by attitude to the motiv of action from the side of objective tvaluation, but not from subjective one (objective and subjective moral).
