Controlling in Russian Organizations
The work deals with the origin of controlling concept, phases of its development as a complex of the informational and analytical support of efficient management decision-making in the United States of America, Germany and Russian Federation. The authors investigate the concept of controlling in the context of the life cycle of the organization, define genesis and the development of the controlling and informational and analytical management support in the organization. The analysis of the foreign sources helps the authors to identify objectives of controlling. The research describes such advantages of controlling as optimization of the organizational structure, adaptation of company’s strategy and goals, coordination of the operative and strategy plans, efficient informational support, balanced production, marketing and merchandizing, introduction of Total Quality Management. Besides, controlling leads to the development of the alternative strategies, reduced operative costs and increased competitiveness. The article identifies the reasons hindering the implementation of the controlling in Russian organizations.
