Crisis Management of Organizational Change
Dynamics of social development requires management approaches that are focused on change and development of social and economic system and prevent the occurrence of a crisis situation. Organizational changes today, regardless of their size and focus, is a contribution to its future success, its financial stability and solvency, profitability, business activity, it promotes and maintain its goodwill. In modern research change management and crisis management are considered independent areas of study, with their own tools and methodology. Crisis management is aimed at identifying measures to prevent, eliminate the crisis and its consequences. Change management involves managing the process of transforming the present situation in the organization into the desired one. The author made an attempt to examine the process of change management under conditions of economic crisis. The article presents an overview of the theoretical concepts of crisis management and the management of change, justifies the necessity and expediency of organizational change in terms of oncoming and present crisis. It also gives recommendations on the measures of crisis management of organizational change.
