Innovative Forms of Utilization the Social Package in the Organization (on Materials of Bank VTB)
The article presents possible options for filling social package for employees in commercial banks. The system «Social card of the employee in Bank VTB», which is an innovative form of utilization the social package in the commercial bank VTB is described. The studied system is founded on the principles of addressing, flexibility and differentiation and allows the employee to receive a personal set of services. Its key advantage is an individual approach to the formation of the social package, i. e. provision of the necessary components of the social package bank staff based on their personal needs. «The social card of the employee in Bank VTB» represents the virtual account of the employee in the social budget of bank on which the certain standard is charged. The employee can spend this virtual money for social benefits, but cannot get cash. The basis of the «Social Card» is long-term social protection programs: voluntary medical insurance and private pension provision. The characteristics of the «Social Card of employee» at the time of putting into practice of the organization are studied. The article outlines the reasons of transformation of system in 2009, resulted from the transformation of bank in the international banking group.
