Facilities of mobile telephony and the information containing in them can be used as an instrument of crimes. Account of the functioning of such instruments and their proper expert research is the key to obtaining the necessary evidence which meet the requirements of admissibility. Given the specific purpose of the study of software and hardware of mobile radio, and computer information, they contain the methodology for forensic computer and technical expertise is considered the most applicable. Within its framework, it is expedient to release a new type of mobile radio expertise. The main aim of these examinations is to provide complex of answers about diagnostic, identification and classification issues relating to the physical, technical, geometric and other parameters of mobile communications and to the electron-digital data contained on them. This paper includes research of issues about methodical, organizational and technical support of mobile telephone expertise as a new independent type of forensic examinations.
