Technology for Constructing Competence in Teaching a Foreign Language

In a constantly changing world educational system should form the new quality of the graduate such as creativity, innovation, mobility, flexibility, and should be oriented on the results, efficiency and quality. Future professional must possess a desire for self-education throughout life, ability to make independent decisions, adapt to the social and professional sphere, to resolve problems and to work in a team, to be ready to stressful situations, and be able quickly to overcome them. Competence approach is the result of new requirements to the quality of education. With this approach the basis of the content of education are the competencies, skills and abilities to successfully solve various tasks in education, personal and social sphere. Competence approach, as well as other innovative approaches in training, requires careful study and phased implementation. Any innovation is connected with certain problems. In particular, the competence approach requires a lot of time in preparation, use of methodical literature, the construction of large numbers of new teaching materials, the search for non-standard tasks, techniques and approaches.
