This paper analyzes the objective law — dynamism. The study of legislative and administrative practice was the basis for the separation of dynamic law views. Modern domestic legal thought is at a new stage which has a positive effect on the stabilization and improvement of the legal climate in Russia. While creating the necessary theoretical prerequisites for taking the vital decisions for society, fragmentation of the term dynamism in the law to species will increase the efficiency of the theoretical studies relevant to international requirements. The author proposes to allocate these types of dynamism in the law such as an evolutionary and revolutionary dynamic, progressive and regressive dynamic, real and imaginary dynamism, general and special dynamism. Such a division of the dynamism of the right to legal types in domestic scientific literature has not been previously encountered. The author shows the comparison of the right kinds of dynamism with a characteristic release of their opposites in some sense. The author systematized the main directions in research dynamism of law, the trend of further development of the law.
