On Improvement of Criminological Methods of Preliminary and Judicial Investigation of Frauds Committed in the Sphere of Individuals’ Crediting
According to the authors, the criminalistics methods of investigation of preliminary judicial investigation in the cases of frauds, committed in the sphere of individuals crediting, consist of 3 subsystems: 1) typical criminological characteristics of frauds, committed in the sphere of individuals’ crediting; 2) typical criminological features of the preliminary inquiry of frauds, committed in the sphere of individuals’ crediting; 3) typical criminological characteristics of the judicial investigation in the cases of frauds, committed in the sphere of individual’s crediting. This article considers the role of typical criminological characteristics of frauds, committed in the sphere of individuals crediting, that helps develop main features of preliminary and judicial investigation. In our view, the key elements of criminological characteristics of frauds committed in crediting the individuals may be classified according to the following: the subject and mischief; the situation of committing the fraud; how to prepare, commit and conceal fraud; the mechanism of fraud; personal traits typical for scams; personal traits typical for the victims of fraud.
