Insertion of Health-Improving Methods into Lessons for Students of Special Medical Group
Taking into account a tendency of sharp deterioration of physical and mental health of students, accurate personalization of students’ special medical group is of highest priority. In methodological aspect of realistic strategy of physical training, the article considers a problem health improving and health preserving orientation for this category of students. We suggest the approach including some improving blocks: respiratory exercises on A. Strelnikova’s system, corrective gymnastics, corrective gymnastics on the basis of medical physical culture, walking. The activity represents some blocks of exercises from the above-mentioned types and is filled depending on a state of health, physical development and a functional condition of students of special medical group. It is shown that the differentiated approach necessitates regular exercises which will positively affect students’ health and increase the possibility of realization of their potential in study and professional activity. Regular exercises improve the health of students of special medical group. Indicators of improvement encourage the students to take up improving physical culture.
