Forms and Methods Used by the Russian Red Cross Society of Tomsk Province to Render Assistance to Siberian Soldiers during the Russian-Japanese War (1904-1905)

During the Russian-Japanese War, Tomsk Province mobilized a significant number of human and material resources to meet the needs of the army. The activities of the Russian Red Cross Society in this period is characterized by a wide variety of forms and methods to take care of Siberians soldiers, their families and all those in need.
