Personnel Policy Conducted by the Krasnoyarsk Council of National Economy (1957-1965)

This article is devoted to problems of staff formation in the Krasnoyarsk Council of the National Economy. On the basis of the analysis of archival sources the basic requirements to council employees are deduced. The author analyzes basic tendencies of the council’s work, methods of encouragement or punishment of employees.
