The Development of Self-Regulatory Systems in Russia in the Context of Optimization of State Regulation

The article defines the essence of the concept "self-regulation", considers formation of the self-regulation institute as a mechanism for implementing public-private partnership. It reveals the advantages and disadvantages of self-regulation, criteria characterizing the self-regulatory mechanisms abroad, analyzes trends in self-regulation in Russia.
