Ways to Improve Budgetary Policy at the Altai Territory in Post-Crisis Period

The article investigates key development areas of the budgetary policy in the Altai Territory in 2011-2013, analyzes the regional strategy of socio-economic development till 2025, major activities of the budgetary policy, strategic prospects and priorities of the regional development. The author researches factors hindering socio-economic development of the region, and studies opportunities for growing revenues of the regional budget and increasing the effectiveness of its spending.
