The Mechanism of Mortgage Lending on the Security of the Agricultural Lands: the Classical Approach and Regional Experience in Modern Russia

The mechanism for attracting long-term off-budget investments in agrarian sector of economy based on buying up land shares belong to citizens and on mortgage of agricultural lands is developed and adapted for modern market conditions.
