Nerchinsk Ranked Village in the Context of Cabinet's Mining Industry in XVIIIth - First Half of XIXth Centuries

The article considers archaic exploitation of ranked peasantry in favour of mining factories without taking into account ranked village's possibilities. Peasants couldn't supply with foodstuffs even themselves, this fact pushed Emperor's Cabinet to annul longstanding bread doubts and donate semen for sowing. At the 30-40s of XIXth century Ministry of Finance had demonstrated absence of any chances to remove the Nerchinsk industry at least at self-repayment. As a result the ranked status of Nerchinsk peasantry was abolished, it happened for 10 years before abolishing of serfdom in Russia in 1861.
