Non-Governmental Organizations and Political Changes in the World Community

Many scientists began to talk that the emergence of new actors put an end to the Westphalian world model. Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) act in the world arena not only as an independent political institutions influencing on the modern world development, they play a role of a tool to solve certain geopolitical problems.

Key words: non-governmental organization (NGO), color revolution, globalization, net-organization principle.
