The study on a history of Russian officer stuff allows us to avoid many problems appearing in modern armed forces. So the author considers system of the corporative relations between officers in prerevolutionary Siberian troops. Service in the given region was not prestigious because of heavy living conditions, but at the same time it should be noted that officer contingent remained stable. Officer meeting carrying out scientific work and military training promoted this activity.
