In conditions of democratization of a modern Russian society in the last some years more and more attention are given to the problem of ecological situation in our country. In the article activity of the main participants of ecological policy - the state, the ecological organizations, businessmen and a society are analyzed. Thus the special place is allocated to questions of a state policy both on federal, and on regional level, and also to the change of public opinion in importance of the decision of environmental problems.
