Traditional and New Media in the Regional Image-Making in the Information Network Society

The article analyzes image-making of the region both in traditional mass-media, and in new media in conditions of information network society. Current trends of development of mass-media are resulted. The author considers possibilities for image-making of the region in connection with development of new technologies and offers the division regional image-making into periods in the conditions of development of new technologies.
