On the Problem of Improbability in Political Communication during the Transition Period (Significance of the Construct the "Youth")

The author of this article makes an attempt to mark out the functional significance of youth in politics. The youth is considered as a symbolic construct, self-description, representing the method of message selection. This method is aimed at overcoming impossibility in communication during the periods of acceleration of political subsystem transformation. It is also aimed at the increase of probability that such an eventuality could occur in the subsystem, which can reduce the risk.
