Class Struggle in the Conditions of Soviets Re-Election Campaign in the Mordovian Okrug (1928-1929)

The article covers the features of the Soviets re-election campaign in the Mordovian Okrug in 1928-1929. The author determines reasons for a nonvoter's yearning for being reinstated in electoral rights and taking part in re-election campaign. There are some examples of various manifestations of class struggle. Total data of the persons deprived of electoral rights throughout the country as well as separately in the Mordovian Okrug are provided.
