Development of Periodicals in the Western Siberia in the Middle of 20th Century

The development of periodicals in the Western Siberia during realization of agricultural reforms of 1950-1960s is considered. Changes in circulation and amount of output regional, municipal and district papers are analyzed as well as forms and methods of controlling large-circulation papers. It is determined that in connection with reforms, circulations and amount of existing papers was raised considerably; many regional collective and state farms began to publish their own large-circulation papers.
